Ryan Smith brings over 15 years of experience in home repair and remodeling, along with 5 years of full-time construction expertise specializing in roofing, plumbing repairs, painting, wall restoration, and door replacements. He holds a major in Aviation and a minor in Business, blending technical precision with strong operational and management skills.
Ryan has experience as an airline pilot, a career that strengthens his attention to detail, safety standards, and disciplined work ethic. He is fully bilingual in English and Spanish, allowing him to connect effortlessly with a diverse range of clients and communities.
Ryan is also highly trained in customer service and interpersonal communication, ensuring every homeowner receives clear, respectful, and professional service. Beyond construction, he is an active real estate investor with residential, commercial, and agricultural holdings, giving him a deep understanding of property value and long-term maintenance needs.

My name is Ventura, and construction has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up working alongside my father in his new-build construction company, learning the value of hard work, precision, and pride in every project. Over the years, that early experience shaped my passion for building, repairing, and transforming homes.
With decades of hands-on expertise, I’ve developed strong skills across a wide range of residential construction services. My areas of expertise include interior and exterior painting, staining, kitchen remodels, bathroom remodels, flooring installation, tile work, drywall repairs, and full door and window replacements.
